Alenka and her husband, a licensed builder did a complete transformation of this Burleigh Heads apartment. This first-floor apartment had no ocean views but had lots of potential due to the location, and proximity to the beach. They re-designed, renovated and styled this apartment on a tight budget. They chose natural materials where possible and completely transformed the space which they sold for a record price in the building.
